Being well is best!: No denying, being emotionally is best for you, those around you and the one inside you. But, it's not the case, so the next best thing. Use these months to get into better condition. Do some CBT psychotherapy (no chemicals that do harm baby) and learn ways to avoid, reduce and manage stress, anxiety and depression. Your attitude and behavior after the birth has a much bigger impact on baby. Best!
