I : I would recommend that you follow up with your dermatologist since you are concerned. After treating with liquid nitrogen, there can be some hyper pigmentation. But, this could be some residual lesion, simple slow healing, or hyper pigmentation. Difficult to tell without a picture. I hope that helps a little.
