Not really: Dental sealants are only effective in areas of the tooth that have grooves and fissures, so it will not help on the smmoth surfaces of your front teeth. A product that might help is mi paste plus - this contains bio-available calcium, phophate, and Fluoride and will help strengthen your enamel. It should be applied nightly, after brushing and before going to bed.

Yes: Sealants can be placed on front teeth, but usually is done on the backs if there are deep pits. It is not strong enough to strengthen thin enamel.
