Dental : Dental sealants are designed to fill in the pits and fissures on the biting surfaces of the posterior teeth. They are not made to be used on the smooth surfaces of the front teeth.

No: The sort answer is no. The sealants that are used for the back teeth are not meant to be used to protect the front teeth. There are products made specifically to protect and strengthen the enamel of all teeth, and these products can help you a lot in making sure you do not get cavities on your front teeth. Also, floss daily!

Not really: Dental sealants are only effective in areas of the tooth that have grooves and fissures, so it will not help on the smmoth surfaces of your front teeth. A product that might help is mi paste plus - this contains bio-available calcium, phophate, and Fluoride and will help strengthen your enamel. It should be applied nightly, after brushing and before going to bed.

Yes: Sealants can be placed on front teeth, but usually is done on the backs if there are deep pits. It is not strong enough to strengthen thin enamel.
