This : This is very challenging to answer without more history or a picture. It could be acne, folliculitis, warts, seborrheic keratoses, molluscum, yeast, eczema, or many other conditions. I would recommend you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options. Sorry i couldn't be more specific. I hope that helps.
