No: Could be several things. Nevus, skin tag, small sebaceous cyst, flat wary. The List is pretty long. What you describe however sounds benign. Skin Tag: What you are likely describing appears to be a skin tag, without actually looking at it it's hard to say definitively however given the location and your description a skin tag is most likely. If it increases in size changes shape or color certainly see your doctor as soon as possible or make an appointment with one of our HealthTap Doctors.
