I am currently on simponi (golimumab) for uc and now have a sinus infection. i started amoxicillin 6 days ago and still have pain where i can't sleep. ?

May be resistant: Your sinus infection may not be responding to the amoxicillin, and you may need an antibiotic that will better cover your infection. OR your infection may be due to a virus (which arenot cleared with antibiotics) and just needs to go away on it's own. With your immune system being a bit weaker than others, I would get seen by a doctor again.
