There : There are several causes of vertigo, anemia being one of them. If the cause of the vertigo is from anemia then a transfusion can help improve your symptoms. If the cause of the vertigo is from severe dehydration or blood loss, a transfusion might also help although this may not be the most appropriate therapy. If you are experiencing vertigo, please be seen by your primary care physician or an emergency physician as these symptoms may be due to a heart attack or stroke.

Unlikely: Vertigo due to anemia would have other symptoms as well, e,g, weakness, shortness of breath, pallor etc. The cause of vertigo needs to be ascertained for proper treatment. It would be prudent to see an ENT doctor or neurologist.
