Need to see PCP: Although these could potentially be independent issues, your question raises my concern for hematuria (blood Int he urine) which can then ultimately result in orthostatic hypotension, frequently confused with vertigo. I would strongly encourage you to see your PCP, and at minimum have a UA collected.
