Blood donation: Neurobion is a multivitamin. blood donation usually stresses the iron stroes in the body. one can become iron deficient from frequent donations. Neurobion does not have iron. It does contain B12, B6 and Niacin. you may have had a transient unrelated viral syndrome after the donation. benefit from Neurobion would be coincidental. a simple CBC/ D ( complete blood count can tell us a lot)
