Not related: Vertigo ("spinning" type dizziness) has several causes primarily related to the inner ear and cerebellum. Low blood pressure (which may be normal for you) has several causes but the two problems are not related. Abnormally low BP can cause the type of dizziness in which one feels as though they could faint. Fainting is not part of vertigo. Hearing loss, ringing & nausea may accompany vertigo.
