I : I suggest that you seek a referral to a rheumatologist. Many things can cause your symptoms but the fact that there are many body systems assciated with inflammation, particularly kidneys, joints, and abdomen make me concerned for an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosis (sle). The rheumatologist may help your physician sort through this problem. Best wishes.

Rheumatologist?: The symptoms u mention : the joint pains & blood in urine could reflect a chronic auto-immune problem. So could the blood in your urine, & u really need to see a nephrologist about this. While the pelvic pain and blood in urine could also b interstitial cystitis and a urologist usually manages that problem. Your symptoms sound potentially serious & should be investigated.
