Raynauds : Raynauds syndrome is commonly benign in the sense that the patient does not have an autoimmune basis--- but a significant number of patients do have or delelop over time a desernable autoimmune disease! sjogrens syndrome is statistically the number one such disease when one is found. Read up on it and discuss it and fibromyalgia and/ or secondary conditions such as thyroid imbalance and depression with your rheumatologist. A strong working relation is mandatory.
