It : It is important to know if these symptoms started before or after the shunt placement. If you have thiese problem chronically, on and off, then it is likely related to the tumor in the cerebellum and its connection to the inner ear (the balance center). The cerebellum also help control your balance. If you just had this problem then it is likely an acute vestibular problem, such as due to virus, or misplaced crystals in the ear (semicircular canals). In the latter condition, the prognosis is much better since it is usually gets better by itself or with a maneuver to return the crystals in the right place. I hope this helps.

Complex: You may have a recurrence of your cerebellar tumor, or you may have a new and different neurological problem. You should see your physicians asap and get a new brain MRI to see if the tumor has recurred. You may also have a shunt problem, again an MRI may help to determine this. See your doctors.
