Yes. It is bacterial: It is a bacterial infection of the brain. I assume u mean topamax (topiramate) which is an anti seizure medicine. If you recently had bacterial meningitis you will likely have these symptoms for quite sometime. Recommend seeing a neurologist and an MRI might be the next step.
