I took a urine sample twice in different er's and they came back negative could i still have kidney damage? i feel i do urinate freguent with urgency

Bladder issues: The frequency and urgency issues are more consistent with lower urinary tract issues. You can have completely normal renal (kidney) function but have bladder dysfunction as the primary issue.
