Possibly UTI: Urinary Tract Infection can cause LBP, Increased frequency, urgency and some times Blood in urine. If the Infection involves Kidney you can develop Low back pain. You can have 2 separate problems; like Premenstrual Cramps along with UTI Rx Drink plenty of water, Cranberry juice. If not better in 24 hours consult your doctor
