Proper : Proper spelling is synvisc (hylan g-f 20). Response is measured by pain relief. You either have it or you don't. Due to your age i would try an arthroscopy with debridement, chondroplasty and microfracture before considering a joint replacement.

Other options. : If (synvisc) doesn’t work other options depend on what wrong with your knee. You might try a shoot of steroids in the knee. Also there are surgical options if the pain is severe.
