From big to problem.: Reducing foot size, from a technical aspect, is possible. I'm sure if you look hard enough, you will find some one to do it. The problem with this type of surgery if the loss of function of your foot. As the amount of shortening is considered,abnormal function will increase. To achieve any appreciable effect cosmetically, you would lose all normal foot mechanics. When done on both feet, disaster.
