Yes: If there is excess fat in the the saddle bag and/or buttock area then liposuction may be able to reduce the measurement at your hips.

Limited: Hips can be reduced by removal of fat through liposuction. We do not have a method of reducing the bony component.

Yes: Depending on how an individual's body is shaped there are a couple of different options. Excision of skin and fat can be performed for patients with excess skin and fat around the midsection. This results in a dramatic difference. Procedures such as liposuction are best reserved for fine tuning when there are localized areas of fat that are resistant when the patient loses weight.
