Is it a way to have cosmetic foot surgery to make them smaller? i'm not sure what the medical term is, but my right foot is way longer than my left.

Reconstruction: It will be major reconstructive surgery with very few surgeons who are capable and agree to do that for normal feet. Consult orthopedic surgeon, who will probably explain to you not to look for such type of correction.

Perhaps: You have a special problem that should be evaluated by an orthopaedist with a specific interest in foot reconstruction. Your care calls for individualized planning.

Cosmetic: This is an unusual request. You are probably not going to find anyone in the podiatric or orthopedic community willing to do this

LIVE WITH IT.: If there is no pain associated with it, leave it alone. Any surgery has complications.
