Is it a way to have cosmetic foot surgery to make them smaller? i'm not sure what the medical term is, but my right foot is way longer than my left.

Reconstruction: It will be major reconstructive surgery with very few surgeons who are capable and agree to do that for normal feet. Consult orthopedic surgeon, who will probably explain to you not to look for such type of correction.
