It : It is incredible that you haven't had x-rays. It sounds like you have a managed care arrangement. Based on your description you may have a fibular fracture above the syndesmosis. You should have x-rays of the ankle and leg. Make sure they include a mortise view.

Leg: So you were injured and it still hurts a week later. Did you ice the injury, stay off your leg for a few days, avoid physically stressful work or exercise, have it examined by a professional, evaluated for range of motion, evaluget it x-rayed, etc. You're a week late getting to a physician for evaluation. See your GP or Urgent Care. Please seek professional care now.
