Your : Your blood pressure falls within the generally accepted "normal" range. Your blood pressure, however, normally varies throughout the day and can be influenced by a slew of factors including: stress, exercise, and sleep. Make sure your blood pressure was checked correctly. It may be worthwhile to check your blood pressure a few times a day for several days and see what the values look like overall. If concerns exist, check with your primary care doctor. Good luck!
