Check with dentist: Are you an anticoagulant medication (aspirin, coumadin, (warfarin) ? If not, bone fracture may occur during extraction, which cause mall amount of blood combines with saliva may look like a lot of bleeding. If bleeding persist with sweating, tremor, fainting or lightheaded, you may want to go to the er. Examination at the er for possible arterial bleeding points where it could be tied/laser. Don't panic.
