Physicians : Physicians have been stiffed too many times by attorneys who said they would protect the doctor's interest. Your best bet is to get your attorney to finance an evaluation or pay cash for an evaluation that your attorney can use.

Consult your atty: Your lawyer may know an orthopedic surgeon who will work with you, or you can contact your local medical society. The doctor's office may be able to set up a payment plan, but they will not take care of you on a contingency basis (the way a personal injury attorney will.) it looks as though you have seen an orthopedist. He may be able to work something out with you.
