Consult your atty: Your lawyer may know an orthopedic surgeon who will work with you, or you can contact your local medical society. The doctor's office may be able to set up a payment plan, but they will not take care of you on a contingency basis (the way a personal injury attorney will.) it looks as though you have seen an orthopedist. He may be able to work something out with you.
