Challenging problem: ACL & meniscus surgeries have advanced a lot since you had yours, but secondary arthritis following these injuries remains a challenge. There are promising investigational treatments for OA (gene therapy and orthobiologics )but they are not here yet. Unfortunately, you may have knee arthritis far beyond your biologic age. Bracing, PT, injections may help. Osteotomy surgery in some cases. Good luck
