If : If your fever is over 101 degrees f, you should see your doctor right away. The kidney pain, aches and headache could be a sign that you have a kidney infection where your body is not flushing out toxins appropriately. It is important to call your doctor right away. If you do not have a history of renal failure, try drinking water to help flush your kindeys. However it will be important to understand why you are experiencing pain and fever. See your doctor.
