i've had headaches for last week or so, constant fatigue, body aches (had aches often before), lower back pain (right side), pelvic pain, no fever?

Fibromyalgia?: 18 yo female with chronic "body aches" has fatigue, headache, & low back & hip pain, but no fever or mechanical injury. Differential diagnosis includes fibromyalgia & autoimmune disorders. A Rheumatologic work up is needed.
