Fibromyalgia?: 18 yo female with chronic "body aches" has fatigue, headache, & low back & hip pain, but no fever or mechanical injury. Differential diagnosis includes fibromyalgia & autoimmune disorders. A Rheumatologic work up is needed.

Sounds like...: Strep throat or mono. Have your doctor take a look. Shouldn't be hard for him/her by examining you.
