Fibromyalgia ? : 29y fem. "dizzy, lightheaded, stomach cramps, nauseous, bloated, daily headaches, low back pain" needs general medical exam to rule out systemic illness. If no specific findings, fibromyalgia to be considered. Dysautonomia, mitral valve prolapse, IBS, migraine headaches, POTS & low back pain are all associated with fibromyalgia. These symptoms are also associated with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome.
