No: A hydrocele is a collection of fluid around the testicle. The only form of treatment is needle drainage which is an office procedure or a surgery requiring anesthesia to remove the collection of fluid around the testicle. There are no pills or herbal medications to treat this condition.

No: Dr khorsandi's answer is correct. No medications of any kind are known to work. In children the majority of hydroceles spotaneously go away.
