No: Hydrocele, if need treatment, is a surgical condition. Some guys can live with the symptoms of hydrocele and therefore may not need intervention.

No: Hydroceles in infants, following trauma, epididymitis or torsion of an appendix testis usually resolve spontaneously. Otherwise surgery is required to cure a hydrocele. Spontaneous resolution of hydrocele might be confused with a homeopathic "cure", if homeopathy was tried, but in fact would have had nothing to do with it.
