Is there a herbal treatment for hydrocele? i really do not want surgery.

Sorry there isn't: No herbal or medication treatment. Hyrdocele fluid can be aspirated with a needle ; sclerosant such as tetracycline injected into hydrocele space, but results are unreliable, hydrocele more often than not recurs ; there is risk of infection. Surgery is the bay to go.
