Tissue type: This means that the cancer cells seen on the biopsy are very irregular and more abnormal looking from the normal cells of the bladder. The more irregular cells seen, the more likely cancer is "agressive".

See answer: When tumors are described as aggressive, this can mean that they are "high grade" and have a very abnormal microscopic appearance. These have high potential to invade and spread. Tumors that have extensively invaded the bladder or have even metastasized (high stage) might similarly be called aggressive.
