Does a hydrocele cause infertility? my husband and i have been trying to concieve since january and no luck. my husband had two hydroceles when he was young. one of them was treated and the other one wasnt. so i was wondering if that could be why we arent

It : It can on occasion. I would recommend starting off with a semen analysis, and strongly consider a consultation with a urologist. Good luck!

Hydrocele: Hydroceles, present or excised, should not have any bearing on fertility. Would recommend he have a semen analysis.
