No: Hydroceles can form as a reaction to testicular trauma, or infection, or simply without exact cause. There is no evidence that directly links hydrocele to male infertility.

No: Having a hydrocele will not cause infertility. This is simply a collection of fluid around the testicle which is typically benign. If the hydrocele becomes very large or causes pressure on the testicle, it may cause discomfort. The hydrocele should be evaluated to be sure no other pathology exists such as a tumor and if no pathology identified, observation is all that is needed.

No, but...: Hydrocele will not interfere fertility. But, if it is infection (std)-related, it may due to possible blocking the tubes of the epididymis.
