No : No - the ekg is a just reflection of the electrical activity of the heart at the time it was recorded. It can not exclude arrhythmias at other time and is not a very sensitive test for detecting other types of damage and has little utility for detecting plaque buildup in the arteries.

In a way yes: Since you have a normal ekg it means that you did not have a heart attack in the past. However a notmal ekg cannot r/o coronary artery disease. Stress test and echocardiography should be done to assess your coronary arteries and your cardiac structure.
