Tight bandage?: Is there excessive pain? If so this may be from a tight bandage. Contact your surgeon and see if he/she recommends loosening the outer wrap/ace bandage. A circulatory problem is possible as well. Is the skin cool? Probably not an emergency if not painful or cool, however, i would still call the surgeon's office/emergency line to be safe.

See below: This is not unusual as long as you are not experiencing severe pain and increased swelling. I would try calling dr. To make them aware of this.

Surgery: As stated , call your surgeon and advise him/her of this. Sometimes they can talk you through a simple remedy like the possibility of a tight bandage that has been mentioned . Feel free to call - it's the right thing to do.
