Urine yes/stool no: Back pain & burning r signs of urinary tract infection which could std. Back pain & bloody stool could b due 2 many causes not related 2 std's. Hemorrhoids, colitis, or other causes. Go & b seen by an internist & he can screen u. & refer or rx u.
