Yes it is possible: These days staying in the hospital different than before, they could send with pump for pain if you have no complications.

Yes: Same day surgery is standard for ligament surgery of the foot and ankle. A course of physical therapy may be prescribed after the initial healing period.

Sure: Most surgery these days are ambulatory same day. Likely, you will leave on crutches though.
