Time: Just give it more time. You note some improvement over 3 weeks. This could take another 3-9 weeks to resolve. Continue your current treatment as long as you continue to improve. If you do not or worsen, then follow up with your doctor for further evaluation which may include a change in medication or further imaging like a MRI or both.
