A member asked:

I am a 45 year woman.i was having pain in neck region so took x-ray on consulting family doctor.diagnosed with spondylosis.wat precautions to take?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nonspecific : Spondylosis is a nonspecific , descriptive term indicating the common degenerative process which is seen with normal "wear and tear " of the spine . In the absence of instability , simply having spondylosis would not indicate a need for any specific precautions.
