Sometimes my sternum pops when i move my head back. i have cervical spondylosis and neck pops, but this is sternum. why does it pop?

For the similar : Reason your neck does as with motion certain structures can change position and cause this sound or sensation which can range from muscle, tendon, ligament or joint mobilization. There is nothing harmful about this.
