It's possible: Cerebral ataxia i assume you're talking about, is a deficit in walking/ coordination due to a brain injury, inflammation, congenital malformation, or other reason. I'd have to know more about your history to explain further, but i'm guessing a neurologist has been involved at some point. If you're having symptoms, i'd reestablish and investigate.
