Depends on the cause: Treatment of cerebral ataxia depends on the cause, like direct injury to cerebellum, alcohol use and genetic disease it is thought by many that it is untreatable but there have been some success withfrenkel exercises, trans cranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation you need to consult a neurologist for the treatment advice.

No surgery.: Persistent ataxia usually caused by damage to the cerebellum. There's no surgical or pharmacological treatment for ataxia. In some cases, treating the underlying cause resolves the problem.
