Not safe: Loss of a pound or two a week is recommended. 35 lb loss in 3 weeks would likely be mostly water and regained quickly and put your health at risk. Theoretically you could "lose" this through plastic surgery. Weight is a long-term issue for which there are no quick fixes.

How about 5 - 10 lbs: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
