Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

A rate of 1 to 2 lbs: Per week is reasonable for most people. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise. This site helps determine calories burned for > 100 activities:.

One extra comment, get yourself a handbook on calories for common foods. If you calculate how many calories you are eating per day, you may be astonished and this alone may change what you are eating. Also Google Spartan 300 workout. Short workout, if done right, you will feel it and requires minimal equipment. You'll get there!
