See a doctor: Dry eye syndrome in just one eye is unusual. You should see an ophthalmologist.

Artificial tears: Dry eyes can be bothersome and cause chronic discomfort. There are many therapy options: best to start naturally (warm compresses, diluted baby shampoo scrubs) & move up a "ladder approach" to antibiotic cream, otc artificial tears. See Eye MD: Mild dry eyes can be treated with otc artificial tears. Severe dry eyes can be very difficult to treat. Fortunately, there a many treatment options available. You will need to see your eye md if otc tears are not sufficient.
