Try thest things: I am a myope as well. I am not saying these as a doctor but I am trying them as well. Read books about bates method- william bates art of seeing by aldous huxley 28 days to reading without glasses you will find more on amazon. Also google yoga for eyes, or eye exercies. Do not spend money on any programs- these exercises are pretty standard and are free online. Mostly about relaxation.
