Confusing question : You have high myopia at age of 31.Why do you need Cataract Surgery.Do you also have Cataract which is unusual at age of 31.I feel your question is if you will be helped by cornea lasic surgery to correct your High Myopia to get rid of your glasses. You should consult an Opthalmologist who does this kind of surgery as it can correct your myopia.If you have cataract they can take care of that too
