No: Organs are not really related. The ducts of each are close to each other, but no reason to transplant the gall bladder.

Pancreas/gallbladder: In a word, no. The common bile duct and pancreatic duct are related to each other, but the bile duct is divided, providing drainage for the liver allograft and ligated on the pancreas allograft side.. The gallbladder is always removed from the liver allograft prior to transplanting it. The gallbladder is not routinely transplanted.
