Bio

Graduated McGill medical school, Montreal, Canada. Completed General Surgery residency at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 2000. Completed an Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA in 2002. Joined the transplant team at Indiana University in 2002 where he is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery and the Surgical Director of the Pancreas Transplant Program. IU has since become the center that performs more pancreas transplants than any other transplant program in the Nation. Recognized with consecutive Patients' Choice Awards (since 2008), Most Compassionate Doctor Awards (since 2010), America's Top Surgeons and a 2009 America's Leading Experts certificate.
